If you want to close your account, please follow the instructions of deactivating the account on the Website or contact us at Marketing@SJHDerm.com .While we are ready to assist you in removing your active profile, we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions. For example, we may be required to retain records for compliance reasons.

The Company uses commercially reasonable controls that are designed to reasonably safeguard Personal Information. Not all information stored on the Company’s servers is stored in an encrypted format.

In the event that we become aware of unauthorized access to your Personal Information in a manner that exposes, or risks exposure of, your Personal Information in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, we will notify you and the other affected users via email, and display a notification on the Website, within 7 business days of the date that the Company has actual notice of such event.
